Rachel's Kettlebell Kundalini program is her signature class that utilizes the powerful kettlebell to create a strong mind and body and connection between both. Rachel is focused on guiding participants through proper form and foundation to feel confident and comfortable while exercising. Yoga and stretching are also incorporated in each class. All levels are welcome and encouraged. Classes are 60 minutes.
