Classes

CLASS SCHEDULE

Rachel's Kettlebell Kundalini program is her signature class that utilizes the powerful kettlebell to create a strong mind and body and connection between both. Rachel is focused on guiding participants through proper form and foundation to feel confident and comfortable while exercising. Yoga and stretching are also incorporated in each class. All levels are welcome and encouraged. Classes are 60 minutes.

Monday 11:30am-12:30pm & 8:30-9:30pm

Fri 11:30am-12:30pm

(2 week intro and membership options available)

 

 MomentOm : 261 Old York Rd Suite 105A, Jenkintown PA

Wed & Fri 9:30-10:30am

$15.00 per class drop in (membership options available)
